The Park was formerly part of the adjacent Letterkenny Army Depot.
In September 1995, the federal Base Realignment and Closure Commission
(BRAC) called for the realignment of the depot and the conveyance
of industrial, administrative and recreational areas to the local
community. The result is the Cumberland Valley Business Park, divided
into four districts with unique attributes that can meet the needs
