The Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority (LIDA) is a wholesale customer of Allegheny Power and establishes its own competitive rates for Park tenants, which are among the lowest in the state. LIDA has contracted with Allegheny Power for operation of the electric distribution system to ensure the highest level of service for its customers.

Allegheny Power maintains a substation at the Park which is served by a dual 138 kv feed. LIDA's distribution system consists of eight 12.47kv circuits. The system is easily accessible, has ample capacity and can provide redundant service.
