Primary access to the Cumberland Valley Business Park is provided near the intersection of PA Routes 997 and 433, a short four miles from Interstate 81. Access is also available from the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) located thirteen miles from the Park.

Within a 25-mile radius of the Park is an extensive network of U.S. Routes and Interstates, including U.S. Route 30, U.S. Route 11, and Interstate 70, which is conveniently accessible in nearby Hagerstown, Maryland.

I-81 bisects the East Coast (north to south) and is only operating at about 60 percent capacity. A number of companies have begun locating operations near I-81 corridors to escape the congestion of I-95. In Franklin County, Pennsylvania, these companies include Target Stores Distribution, Kmart Distribution, Ingram, Staples Direct Catalog Sales, Food Lion, Inc. and many others. Our strategic location puts the Park is within a day's drive of major markets throughout the east coast and central states.

Internally, the Cumberland Valley Business Park has over 36 miles of roads providing access to existing buildings and developable land at the Park.
